How tutors are selectedဆရာ/ဆရာမ ရွေးချယ်ပုံ

We do not register every home-tutor applicant. We check documents issued by government institutions. At the first screening, applicants are prioritised in the following order: အိမ်အရောက် သင်ကြားရေးဆရာ လျှောက်ထားသူ အားလုံးကို မှတ်ပုံတင် လက်ခံခြင်း မရှိပါ။ အစိုးရအဖွဲ့အစည်းမှ ထုတ်ပေးထားသော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စိစစ်ပါသည်။ ကနဦး လျှောက်ထားရာတွင် အောက်ပါ ဦးစားပေးအစဉ်အတိုင်း ရွေးချယ်ပါသည်။

1. Those who have completed an education university, an education college, or PPTT, and have already been trained in Teaching Methodologies at their own university. ပညာရေးတက္ကသိုလ်၊ ပညာရေးကောလိပ်၊ PPTT ပြီးမြောက်ထားသူများ — သက်ဆိုင်ရာ မိခင်တက္ကသိုလ်မှ Teaching Methodologies များဖြင့် ပိုင်နိုင်စွာ သင်ကြားပေးနိုင်ပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
2. Teachers currently teaching at private schools. ပြင်ပ ပုဂ္ဂလိကကျောင်းများတွင် သင်ကြားနေသော ဆရာ/ဆရာမများ။
3. Those with teaching experience at boarding schools, or private-tuition teaching experience. ဘော်ဒါများတွင် သင်ကြားရေးအတွေ့အကြုံ၊ ကျူရှင်သင်ကြားရေး အတွေ့အကြုံ ရှိသူများ။
4. Experienced students who are currently attending university. အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပြီး လက်ရှိတွင် တက္ကသိုလ်တက်ရောက်နေဆဲ ကျောင်းသူ/ကျောင်းသားများ။
5. Those who have recently passed the university entrance examination. မကြာမီက တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းစာမေးပွဲ အောင်မြင်ထားခဲ့သူများ။

This order is only for the initial screening. The First Interview is a conversation focused on arriving on time and keeping to schedule, avoiding unwanted money-related matters, service fees, manner of communication, and willingness to cooperate. As a result, the tutors who go to teach through Best Guide rarely cancel classes and are strong in communication and cooperation. When parents ask for a tutor, we never hand the request straight to a tutor without discussing it first. We begin with a Free Consultation: we ask about the difficulties the parents and the student are facing, and record them as the parents' needs. Then, to match those recorded needs as closely as possible, we talk with one of the tutors who have applied and agree a time. One tutor's teaching style may not suit every student. So if, after the trial, parents want a different tutor, we will change the tutor for them.
