About Us

Best Guide is a premier educational service that specializes in online and home tutoring, as well as home ASD therapy. Our services cover a broad spectrum of educational requirements, from basic education to undergraduate and postgraduate studies, language courses, computer courses, and business management courses. For children with ASD, we offer a comprehensive range of therapies, including behavioral therapy, speech therapy, social skills therapy, occupational therapy, and sensory integration therapy.

Best Guide was founded in June 2020. We began our services during the COVID-19 pandemic to facilitate continuous learning and create employment opportunities in the education sector, particularly when schools in Myanmar were unable to open regularly. Our team is adept at implementing best management practices and technology, enabling us to achieve significant growth and scalability.

As of February 2024, we have more than 29,000 certified tutors and over 54,000 clients, with a total of nearly 114,000 candidates. We maintain a high level of client satisfaction, with 99.9% of clients expressing satisfaction with our services due to our unwavering commitment to quality.

In just 1 year and 10 months, we have generated USD 1 million in income for Myanmar tutors, a milestone we are incredibly proud of.

In February 2022, we launched the Best Guide Viber Channel, a collaborative initiative between Best Guide and Rakuten Viber. This program leverages Viber's technology to provide free education to students across Myanmar, empowering them to access education independently.

Our founding team has a background in Information Technology, focusing on developing innovative products. Best Guide is one of our successful ventures, and we now offer technopreneurship mentoring sessions to help other aspiring technopreneurs succeed.

Tutoring Stage Process

This stage involves engaging with parents to understand their tutoring needs, finalize requirements, present the fee package, and record essential contact details. Contact us via (Messenger) if you would like to request a tutor.

In this stage, we locate a tutor for the parents in close proximity to them. Advertising is done, and applicants are carefully screened based on their educational background, experience, and certification. The process can take up to one week.

Once a suitable tutor is selected, they are assigned to the parent. The tutor contacts the parent to discuss the arrangement and provides two trial sessions. If the parent is satisfied, the process moves forward.

Parents are required to pay the monthly fee within a week after the trial sessions. We strictly prohibit tutors from receiving fees directly from parents. Additionally, we retain 50% of the tutor's first-month salary as our service fee. 15-20% of monthly package fee goes to management fee. 80% goes directly to the tutor.

Once we assign a tutor, we focus on daily teaching lessons to ensure punctuality and effectiveness. Tutors are required to send weekly reports checked by supervisors, and parents receive a stamped monthly progress report.

To apply as a tutor, you need to submit your resume, high school diploma including GPA, Bachelor/Master/PhD Certification, and Academic Transcripts. You must agree to give two free trial sessions (1 hr per day for 2 days). Ongoing tutoring sessions will be strictly under our system management to maintain premium education metrics.
