Best Guide is a premier educational service that specializes in online and home tutoring, as well as home ASD therapy. Our services cover a broad spectrum of educational requirements, from basic education to undergraduate and postgraduate studies, language courses, computer courses, and business management courses. For children with ASD, we offer a comprehensive range of therapies, including behavioral therapy, speech therapy, social skills therapy, occupational therapy, and sensory integration therapy.
Established Date and Aim
Best Guide was founded in June 2020. We began our services during the COVID-19 pandemic to facilitate continuous learning and create employment opportunities in the education sector, particularly when schools in Myanmar were unable to open regularly. Our team is adept at implementing best management practices and technology, enabling us to achieve significant growth and scalability.
User Base
As of February 2024, we have more than 29,000 certified tutors and over 54,000 clients, with a total of nearly 114,000 candidates. We maintain a high level of client satisfaction, with 99.9% of clients expressing satisfaction with our services due to our unwavering commitment to quality.

CSR: Launching Free Education Partnering With Rakuten Viber
In February 2022, we launched the Best Guide Viber Channel, a collaborative initiative between Best Guide and Rakuten Viber. This program leverages Viber's technology to provide free education to students across Myanmar, empowering them to access education independently.

Engagement and Requirement Finalization
This stage involves engaging with parents to understand their tutoring needs, finalize requirements, present the fee package, and record essential contact details. The goal is to tailor the tutoring experience to meet each family's specific educational goals and preferences. Contact us via (Messenger) if you would like to call a tutor. For those who would like to call an ASD therapist. We give consultation first by tracking medical assessment record and doctor recommendation.
Tutor Selection and Screening
In this stage, we locate a tutor for the parents in close proximity to them. Advertising is done, and applicants are carefully screened based on their educational background, experience, and certification. The aim is to match each student with a tutor who meets academic requirements and fits well with the family's schedule and learning style. The process can take up to one week.
Tutor Assignment and Trial Sessions
Once a suitable tutor is selected, they are assigned to the parent. The tutor contacts the parent to discuss the arrangement and provides two trial sessions. If the parent is satisfied, the process moves to the next step; otherwise, the tutor selection process is repeated.
Payment and Fee Structure
Parents are required to pay the monthly fee within a week after the trial sessions. We strictly prohibit tutors from receiving fees directly from parents. Additionally, we retain 50% of the tutor's first-month salary as our service fee. 15-20% of monthly package fee goes to management fee. 80% of monthly package fee goes to tutor. Ongoing Support and Monitoring
Our role goes beyond just connecting you with a tutor. We ensure that the ongoing teaching sessions are managed by us. Once we assign a tutor to a student, we focus on the daily teaching lessons to ensure they are conducted punctually and effectively. If issues arise, we arrange for a new tutor. Tutors are required to send us weekly reports, which are then checked by supervisors. Parents will receive a stamped monthly report from the supervisor. We track the child's improvement through these recorded documents. We are committed to providing continuous support to ensure the success and satisfaction of both tutors and students. Please inform us if the tutor suggests teaching without our management, as this can be a common issue in tutoring where tutors may prefer not to pay management fees, thinking they can charge parents a higher fee directly.

How to submit your resume
We are a leading educational organization and only working with educator screening thoroughly. To apply as a tutor, you need to submit your resume, high school diploma included GPA,Bachelor/Master/Phd Certification, Academic Transcripts. Make sure that your resume is relevant to apply as a tutoring including (1) Name, DOB, NationalID, Address, Phone (2) Working Experiences (3) Educations (4) Certifications (5) Achievements. How we are working with you
Once we verify and accept as our tuor, you will be assigned the first order. Besides your teaching quality, we collect parent, student and employee feedback whether you have a good cooperation with them or not. You may need to have a good communication with the clients and good cooperation with us. If we got the positive feedbacks, we continue assign many orders. Otherwise, you will not be assigned further orders.
Ongoing Tutoring Process
You have to agree to give two free trial sessions, 1 hr per day and 2 days. If the parent isn't satisfied,we change the tutor. Otherwise, you can continue your teaching. you became part of our team and you will be assigned a supervisor. Ongoing tutoring sessions will be under our management to ensure that the sessions are conducting punctually and effectively. You have to work with your supervisor. The supervisor will provide you weekly report document. You need to send weekly teaching report to suppervisor. Your supervisor will prepared stamped monthly report to be sent to the parents.
